Minimum Order Quantity
Domestic (US):
We do not have a minimum order quantity, however, orders less than $60 will incur a small ordering fee of $10.
Due to rising prices for package delivery services, we strongly recommend that you place orders of $200 or more to reduce your shipping percentage.
International: All orders have a minimum of $300. For more details on international orders, click here.
Pricing
Due to current market conditions and rising freight costs, all prices are subject to change at any time. Printed catalog pricing is not guaranteed. Our website always has the most up-to-date prices.
Box and crate prices apply to items of the same size and color. Prices are subject to change at any time.
“Sale” Items
All items sold are limited in quantity and are not available to order.
Order Processing
In-stock items generally ship within 2-5 business days. However, peak seasons and circumstances beyond our control, such as pandemics, may cause delays. Please refer to our website for current shipping windows.
Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards. All first-time orders must be paid by credit card. You can then apply for a loan. Opening an account is open only to customers with good credit. All checks are subject to bank verification at all times.
Shipping
We ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS and Truck. In order to give you the best rate, we do not estimate shipping. Once your order is pulled and packed the best shipping rate can be calculated for you. If you request it, we are happy to call you with total prior to shipping.
Measurements
All dimensions are outside to inside. Wire bushing dimensions include stem.
Variations
Due to differences in dye lots during the fabric dyeing process and printing variations, the colors in the catalog may not be an accurate representation of the individual products. All baskets are handmade; sizes and colors will vary.
Availability
We often receive large orders for single items that take all of our stock of a particular item. These orders cannot be predicted or forecasted. Therefore, we recommend that you order early to guarantee availability of your desired purchase.
Arrival Dates
The estimated arrival dates shown on our website are estimates and are subject to change.
Backorder and Pre-order Orders
Prices may be adjusted to market prices for orders placed more than 30 days prior to shipment.
Return Policy
Claims for defective, damaged or lost goods must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
Standard stock items can be returned, please call for RMA within 15 days of invoice date and return the item to our warehouse within 30 days of invoice date.
Special order items are not returnable.
Items must be unused and in their original inner packaging.
Items must be packaged and shipped so that they are new when they arrive at our warehouse.
The customer is responsible for and must pay all shipping charges unless the product is defective or damaged.
If you feel you must return an item, please contact us by phone or email and we will do our best to provide you with fair and reasonable service. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Final sale items cannot be returned.

Rush Orders
During our standard season, rush orders must be placed by calling us before 2:00 PM EST. During peak season (January to May), please call to inquire about rush order availability.
Backorders
Orders under $25 will be automatically canceled at the time of invoice. There are large backorders and we will notify you when they are available. We will not ship without approval. We will make two attempts to contact you regarding available backorders. If you do not respond to these attempts within 7 days, the item will be released to another customer.
MEASUREMENTS
All dimensions are outside in. Wire bushing dimensions include the stem. Since most of our items are handmade, dimensions may vary from stated dimensions.
COLORS
Colors online and in our catalog will vary based on monitor or printing.
Dye Lots
Oftentimes, colors will vary from our original samples or previous shipments. These variations are due to differences in dye lots during the fabric dyeing process.
CUSTOMER TYPES
We are an importer and wholesale supplier primarily serving the floral and gift industries and some related industries. We sell to established businesses that will resell or lease the products and provide a vendor license/state sales tax resale number in the industries listed below. See this page for more information on sales tax exemptions.
We also sometimes sell to bulk buyers in other industries ($500 minimum order).

Who We Don’t Sell To
Executive Offices; Beauty Salons and Spas; Bookstores; Churches; Clothing Stores; Construction Businesses; Electronics Stores; Gas Stations; Independent Contractors in Direct Selling Companies (such as Avon or Mary Kay) who do not have their own individual vendor license or sales tax resale number; Medical Facilities; Thrift Stores.
We do not sell to individuals who do not have an established business!
Direct Import or Customs Orders
Since we work directly with factories in China, we can help you with special orders or custom designs. Larger minimum order quantities and lead times will apply.
Refusal of Service or Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order at any time.
